The brewery says:
"Beaks & Talons IPA is our first oat cream IPA, a double dry hopped india pale ale brewed with a hefty dose of oats and lactose. Mouthfeel is extra soft, thick and fluffy with a well pronounced creamy oat-character. This juicy spectacle of haze-craft was then dry hopped with a three-way power punch of Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin resulting in a juicy soup saturated with hop flavors of passionfruit, red grapes, sweet citrus and a hint of gooseberry."
