
The brewery says:
" This is an experimental twist on our Grilhão, a Russian Imperial Stout with Tonka.
First, we added a cold brew of Brazilian coffee and Madagascar cocoa. Later we added Vermont Maple Syrup.
A rich and lickerish RIS with strong bitter cocoa and coffee flavor with a Tonka scent. Maple Syrups adds a little bit of sweetness to play, leaving its characteristics well present in a longer finish."
