Piratas Cervejeiros Vamo A Florianópolis: Gose with Guava, Lime and Pink Peppercorn
The brewery says:
"Catharina sour with Gwava, Lime and Pink Peppercorn.
Catharina Sour is a brazilian style created in Santa Catarina Region.
The base is similar to the Berliner Weiss Style but a bit more alcoolic (4-5.5%).
It also assumes the use of local fruits.
In our interpretation we decide to use Guava, with it's strong flavor, and lime, that complements it with citric notes.
Pink Peppercorn, originary from Mastic trees
from the Atlantic coast of Brazil, contributes to the flavor with a special touch.
Should be served between 4 and 8ºC in Stange, Flute or Pilsner glass.
It goes perfectly with grilled fish or meat and pastas. "
