Selfmade Waxwing: Smoothie Sour Ale
The brewery says:
"Waxwing are birds, one of the unusual features of which is the use of old fermented berries and fruits for food in the cold season. And this directly (familiar to many of us!) Affects their behavior and motor skills. We decided to choose such a name for our new variety to remind you that in the cold season, with the help of a delicious smoothie sour ale (6.9% ABV), you can completely dilute the gray range of dull autumn days outside the window with a bright cheerful taste! The combination of fragrant sea buckthorn and ripe mango will unconditionally dispel the autumn blues and perhaps make you remember the well-fed and most likely carefree waxwings who have eaten intoxicating fruits. Fragrant rosemary will harmoniously add a recognizable spice to the taste. With Waxwing, like waxwings, you won't have to fly away for the winter!"
