Pouring an effervescent bright golden yellow, Oenobier: Sémillon presents aromas of fresh pear, lychee, and hand-zested lemon. As the beer opens up, a bouquet of floral notes wash over the palate. Deceptively easy-drinking for 10.8% ABV, Oenobier: Semillon finishes with a gentle acid profile and lively carbonation."
